Clearing a User Lockout
You can opt to have Policy & Procedure Management lock out any user who has a certain number of unsuccessful login attempts in a row. You can clear a user lockout in User Manager.
Clear a User Lockout
- Click Settings & Tools > User Setup, and then click User Manager.
- Find and click the name of the user locked out of the system.
Note: In a User Manager list, a lock icon is displayed in the first column of any user who has been locked out.
- In the Other Settings pane, click Reset failed login.
- Click Save and Close.
