Adding Custom Links
You can add website links to the navigation pane in Policy & Procedure Management. When you add a custom link, a More heading is added that users can expand to access the link.
Add a custom link
- Click Settings & Tools > Company Setup, and then click Custom Links.
- In the Custom Links menu, do any of the following:
- To change the label of the navigation pane heading from More to something else, click
, type a name, and then type Save. You can add a name for any of the available languages shown in the dialog box.
- For Link, type a name for the link that will appear in the navigation pane, and then type or copy and paste the associated URL.
Important: The URL must be prefixed with http:// or https://.
- If you want only administrators and owners to see the link, select Only show for Administrators or Owners.
- To change the order of how the links appear in the navigation pane, click

- To delete a link, click

- To change the label of the navigation pane heading from More to something else, click
- (Optional) To add another link to the list, click Add Another.
- Click Save.
