Resending Task Emails
Managers and Content owners can access the Resend Task Emails option if an administrator grants that permission to them. You can select from a list of notification emails that have been sent.
Resend Task Emails

Click Settings & Tools > Tools, and then click Resend Task Emails.

To set the notification list, expand the Filters pane, and do any of the following:

To limit the list of task email notifications by users in the filter results, click Users, select the users to include, and then click OK. An indicator shows the number of users in the filter list.

To limit the list of content items in the filter results, click Content, select the content type to include, and then click OK. An indicator shows the number of items in the filter list.

To filter content items to only those within a specific date range, for Date Range (Originally Sent), click
, and then click the desired date range from the available options. If you click Custom Range, select a date using the calendar or type the dates for Start Date and End Date, and then click Apply.

Click Apply.

In the Notifications grid, click one or more notification(s) you wish to resend, click Send Selected, and then click Yes to confirm.
Note: The notification task types can include Collaborate, Read/Complete, Review, and Approve.

(Optional) To view the previously sent email, click Preview, and then click Close.
Note: By default, 15 items of the type you selected display per page. Click 30 or 60 at the bottom left to increase the number shown.
