Working with Job Titles
You can create job titles and assign them to users. Listed below are some considerations when working with Job Titles in Company Setup.
- Assigning a job title to a user is optional.
- A user can assign a task to a job title rather than assigning the task to each user with that job title individually.
- When a task is assigned to a job title, it is assigned to all users with that job title in the current site, regardless of their departments.
- When a task is assigned to a job title, new users who are assigned to that job title are automatically assigned that task.
