User Setup Basics

All those who will be creating, reviewing, approving, or reading documents or completing assessments or campaigns need to be defined as Policy & Procedure Management users. You can manage the settings for users in your Policy & Procedure Management environment in Settings & Tools > User Setup. The available User Setup items include the following:

  • User Manager

  • Group Manager

  • Bulk Permission Editor

  • Custom Attributes

  • Roles & Permissions
