Content Duration in Workflow Report
The Content Duration in Workflow report shows how long each selected content item was in each of the workflow statuses.
Generate the report
- In the navigation pane, click Reports, and then expand Content Reports.
- Click Content Duration in Workflow.
- In the Options section, do the following:
- For Content Type, select Documents, Assessments, Campaigns, Training.
- For Site and Department, select the applicable option from the available list.
- In the Filter by Approved Date section, do the following:
- For Date Range, select a date range or select Custom Range, and then click the calendar to select the date or type the date for From and To dates.
- In the Output Format section, select Standard or Microsoft Excel Raw.
- Click View Report.
If you chose the Standard output format, the report opens in a browser window where you can view the report, search within it, send it to another user, print all or part of it, and save it to your local drive in several different formats.
If you selected Microsoft Excel Raw, follow the prompts to download and open the Excel file.
- (Optional) To save the current settings for future use, click , type a name and description, click Save and Close, and then click OK.
Note: To access a saved report, click Reports, and then expand My Saved Reports.
