Content Within Date Range Report
The Content within Date Range report shows which content items were created (first saved in draft status) within the selected date range.
Generate the report
- In the navigation pane, click Reports, and then expand Content Reports.
- Click Content within Date Range.
- In the Options section, do the following:
- For Content Type, select the item to display in the report.
- For Status, select the document status to include in the report.
- For Site, select the applicable site.
- For Select By, select how you want the content organized and depending on your selection, select any additional options that apply.
- In the Filter By section, do the following:
- For Date Created, select a date range, or select Custom Range, and then click the calendar to select the date or type the date for From and To dates.
- In the Output Format section, click Standard or Microsoft Excel Raw.
- (Optional) To save the current settings for future use, click , type a name and description, click Save and Close, and then click OK.
Note: To access a saved report, click Reports, and then expand My Saved Reports.
- Click View Report.
If you chose the Standard output format, the report opens in a browser window where you can view the report, search within it, send it to another user, print all or part of it, and save it to your local drive in several different formats. If you selected Microsoft Excel Raw, follow the prompts to download and open the Excel file.
