Content Approved as of a Specific Date Report

The Content Approved as of a Specific Date report shows all content items that were approved before or on the specified date.

Generate the report

  1. In the navigation pane, click Reports, and then expand Content Reports.
  2. Click Content Approved as of a Specific Date.
  3. In the Options section, do the following:
    • For Content Type, select the item to display in the report.
    • For Site, select the applicable site.
    • For Select By list, select how you want the content organized and depending on your selection, select any additional options that apply.
    • For Approved as of, click the calendar, and select the date or type the approved date.
  4. In the Output Format section, click Standard or Microsoft Excel Raw.
  5. (Optional) To save the current settings for future use, click , type a name and description, click Save and Close, and then click OK.

    Note: To access a saved report, click Reports, and then expand My Saved Reports.

  6. Click View Report.
    • If you chose the Standard output format, the report opens in a browser window where you can view the report, search within it, send it to another user, print all or part of it, and save it to your local drive in several different formats.     • If you selected Microsoft Excel Raw, follow the prompts to download and open the Excel file.
