Training License Pool Usage Report
Licenses for viewing courses are grouped into collections called license pools. A license pool consists of one or more courses. The Training License Pool Usage report shows usage statistics for all license pool subscriptions. It provides information, such as License Pool Name, Total Licenses Purchased, Total Licenses Remaining, Total License Shortage, and Expiration Date.
Note: License pools are set up during the implementation of PolicyTech and are based on your organization's contractual agreement with NAVEX. If you have questions about your license pool subscription, contact NAVEX Customer Support by submitting a request in the Community.
Generate the report

In the navigation menu, click Reports, and then expand Administrative Reports.

Click Training License Pool Usage. The report opens in a separate browser window.

Expand each training course title to see the Courses data.
Note: The number shown in the "Not Started" column of a course applies only to courses in started campaigns.

(Optional) To rearrange the report headings, click and drag a column heading to a new position.

Click Close.
