Completing a Campaign
A campaign contains a list of content items that you must individually read or complete in the order given. If you are assigned to complete a campaign, you will receive a task notification email and a task is added to your My Tasks list.
Getting there
From a task notification email

Open the task notification email, and then click the link.
From the navigation pane

Click My Tasks, expand the Read / Complete group, and then click the title.
Complete a Campaign
- Click the first active title in the list, and depending on the content item, do any of the following:
- Read the document, and click Mark as Read.
Note: To return to the campaign list without marking the document as read, click in the upper left corner.
- Complete the stand-alone assessment and submit your answers. When you have successfully completed the assessment, click Done.
- Complete the assessment and submit your responses.
- Read the document, and click Mark as Read.
- Continue through the remaining campaign items in the same manner. After marking a document as read or completing an assessment, you are returned to the campaign list with that item marked as complete.
Note: The campaign owner, a manager, or an administrator can require users to complete one or more tasks again as part of an active campaign. A date is shown next to any item in the list that has a Require to Read/Complete Again task.
- After completing the last item in the list, your campaign task is complete, and you can close the campaign window.
