About the Properties Page of the Overview
The Properties page of the Overview shows the settings from the Properties Wizard, including the dates of workflow milestones, the document owner, Custom Content Attributes, and the content item URLs.
Note: The Properties page information is for the document or the assessment in its current state, however an administrator can change Policy & Procedure Management preferences that may affect properties.

You can view the approved date for an item by clicking View overview on approved date.

You can add the item's URL to a link in a document or enter it on the address line of a web browser. This URL contains 'docview' which when copied, will take you to the newest published version of the document or assessment.

If the Cross-System URL feature is enabled, a specially formatted URL displays that allows you to copy and paste the URL into a document in another Policy & Procedure Management system to link back to the current document.

If the Allow users to see Evergreen link feature is enabled, a URL based on the content item's Reference Number is displayed.

You can view the Custom Content Attributes included in the content item. Each attribute appears in a separate line and multiple values are separated by a comma.
