Assessments

An assessment is a method of evaluating a document assignee's knowledge. An assessment can contain questions to gather information from an assignee for scoring a level of comprehension of a subject. You can either create a stand-alone assessment or you can add an assessment to a document.

Users assigned the Assessment Owner role or the Proxy Author role, who are assigned as proxies to assessment owners, can perform the following tasks:

  • Create assessments (define properties, adjust settings, and assign users to write, review, approve, and complete the assessments)
  • Manage assessments through the review and approval process
  • Maintain approved assessments
