Reviewing the Change Log

The change log for a document or assessment can only be viewed by an administrator and those assigned as document owner, proxy author, writer, reviewer, or approver.

Review the Change Log

  1. From an open document, do one of the following:
    •  Click the Please Review icon, and then select Change Log.

      Note:   This option is only available if you are an assigned writer, reviewer, or approver of the content item, it has been through multiple writing, review, or approval cycles, and it has not yet approved.

    • Click the Overview tab, click Version History, and then in the click Change Log.

  2. In the Change Log pane, if available in the Description column, click View Writer Results, View Reviewer Results, or View Approver Results.

    A list of the actions taken by each writer, reviewer, or approver, along with their comments, if any, is displayed.

  3. Click OK, then click Close.
