Viewing Content Item URLs
Each content item in PolicyTech has a unique URL (web address) used to access that item directly. You can add the URL to a link in a document or enter it on the address line of a browser. Depending on your organization's configuration and the state of the item, a single content item may have multiple URLs associated with it.

The table below lists the different URL types and details of when these URLs are available for which items.

View a Content Item URL
Important: These instructions apply only to published documents and started assessments. They do not apply to documents or assessments in other statuses, nor do they apply to campaigns in any status.
- Use Search or Browse to find a content item in the Published status.
- In the Actions column, click
, and then click URLs.
- In the URLs box, do one of the following:
Click Latest Version. The URL appears in the Address bar.
Click Previous Version, click the Overview tab, and then click Version History. The URL appears in the Address bar.
Note: Only those with permission to view archived content will be able to access previous versions.
Depending on the URL type there may be other URLs associated with this version that will appear under Other Links.
