Email Notification: A Document Is Designated to Be Replaced

Trigger:

When a document is created, it is set to replace one or more other documents, and then it is moved out of draft or collaboration status to the review, approval, pending, or published status.

Recipients:

Document owner, proxy authors

Subject:

Document replacement intent: "[document title]"

Body:

[document owner's name] is replacing the document "[replaced document title]" with the document "[replacement document title]". Since you are the document owner of "[replaced document title]", you have automatically been included as a reviewer on the new document and will receive a task notification email.
