Email Notification: Reassign Documents to Other Document Owner

Trigger:

A document's owner is deleted or has the document owner role removed.

Recipients:

DCAs

Subject:

The document owner [document owner's name] has been deactivated or changed positions.

Body:

[document owner's name] has recently been deactivated or changed positions in the organization. You may need to reassign their documents to another author. To reassign these documents to another author or authors go to My Tasks > Tasks > Reassign.
