Connecting Existing Documents/Assessments as Localized Copies

You can connect any existing draft document or assessment as a localized copy of an original.

Connect an Existing Document/Assessment as a Localized Copy

  1. From an open document or assessment, click the Properties Wizard tab.
  2. In the Localization Workflow step, click Connect Existing Content.

    A confirmation window displays.

  1. (Optional) To connect another draft document or assessment, click Add Another.
  2. Click Done.
  3. To configure the Primary/Copy Mode setting for the newly connected documents/assessments, in the Localized Copies list, select one or more documents/assessments, and then click Change Settings for Selected.

  1. The Primary/Copy Mode setting determines to what extent Properties Wizard settings and assignments, and assessments in localized copies are controlled by the original document/assessment. For Primary/Copy Mode, click an option (see About Sync Modes for detailed descriptions), and then click Save.
