Changing Document Elements

As a document control administrator (DCA), you have several options for making changes to others' documents. Depending on a document's status, you may be able to make changes directly as if you were the document owner, or you may need to use the Edit in Current State feature, as shown in the table below.

*Edit in same way as the document owner would.
