Reviewing Supplementary Materials
Any of the following types of information may be available to review in a document:
- Attachments: A document owner can attach any number of files to a document.
- Links: These can be links to other PolicyTechâ„¢ documents and to websites.
- Notes: A document owner has the option of writing notes during certain steps of the document creation process.
- Discussions: Those involved with document creation, review, and approval can start discussions with others assigned to the document and with any user. As a reader, you can also start a discussion with the document owner and document control administrator.
- Changes Summary: A document owner has the option of describing changes in the document when submitting it for review or approval.
- Change Log: The change log lists details of each writing (collaboration), review, and approval cycle.
You can access attachments, links, the changes summary, and the change log (if available) using the Please Review icon highlighted in the screenshot below.
