Campaign Statistics Report

The Campaign Statistics report shows statistics for selected content's completed tasks.

Important: This report cannot be exported and is not available as a report widget.

Generate the report

  1. In the navigation pane, click Reports, and then expand Campaign Reports.
  2. Click Campaign Statistics.
  3. Select content items to include in the report, and then click OK.

    Available options for this report are displayed on the left. Notice that the number of currently selected content items is displayed after the Content option, which you can click anytime to change your selection.

    Note: If you change your selection after clicking View Report, click View Report again to refresh.

  4. Click View Report.

  5. In the Data pane, click to expand the headings (groupings) to view all report data.

    (Optional) In the Data pane, click , and then click Show/Hide Columns to select or clear column check boxes that you want to include in the Data pane. The following list includes the names of the available columns.

  6. Customize the Data pane to show only the data you need in the way you want it represented, see Working with the Report Data Pane for detailed instructions.

  7. (Optional) After setting up the Data pane, you can create a custom layout and save it for future use, see Working with Custom Layouts, for detailed instructions.

  8. To save the current selections of the report, click , type a name and description, and then click OK.

    Note: To access a saved report, click Reports, and then expand My Saved Reports.

    • (Optional) To make the report available to others, click Move to System Saved Reports. When the report saves, others can view the report in the Reports > System Saved Reports category.
