Exporting Data
Important: The Export Documents module must be purchased separately. If you have questions about or want to purchase the Export Documents advanced feature module, contact NAVEX Customer Support by submitting a request in the Community.
The Export Documents module provides your users access to documents in the event Policy & Procedure Management is ever inaccessible. You can export entire documents, task completion data for content types, and report data. Some restrictions apply, including when exporting document data, there is a set number of export instances available per year, when exporting task data there is a limit of three defined exports at one time, and when exporting report data, you cannot exceed five automated report exports.
